Ashtavakra Gita... Takeaways

Astavakra Gita... Heard its not known who wrote .. yet credit has gone to Ashtavakra, an earthly being  penalised while at the womb itself... Well, these are my takeaways.. Part 1:

1. THOU ARE THE GOD

I am THAT.. AHAM BRAHMASMI: Maybe so.. truly so. Because its the 'I' , whether as an observer or the observed , who is facing my joys and sorrows. The 'I' in the form thats not of mine, who in this three dimensional world feels all these emotions . Where is the true I coming in here?
Havent seen God shed those tears of joy and sorrow. never seen him when I needed him the most. Well.. some enlightened around me say " look at the other foot when you were treading your path with one foot - its HIS " . Justification of He is there even when He is not there .. Somewhere , He makes sure He is spotted. Thats the most successful marketing any cosmic being could have ever done.
Well.. The reality is NOW.  The reality is my life , NOW...The reality is I'm living NOW. The reality is I'm feeling NOW. The reality is I'm in deep distress or joy, NOW. The reality is I will have to come out of it or BE in it NOW. And I also do it. NOW. And thats where the GODly 'I", come in. Yes, I did it. Ashtavakra is right.. I found the God in me.. I am God.. Aham Brahmaasmi.. Because, when I transcend the three dimensional world, I dont really need God. Because , I am REALLY that.. the HIM..

What matters ?

Does it really matter?

That the poor suffer?

That the rich enjoy?

That mediocrity fails?

That supremacy wins?

It does not. As long as you cannot do anything about it. You have your own self to be taken care of to compete and complete the race unless your race itself is to change the world.

If you still believe you can do something, take up the race to change the world.

Worth it, absolutely! 

Attracting or Resisting ?

Whatever we allow by thoughts  , we attract it more . Fear , Losing,  disease, poverty , bad relationships to name a few. So we experience them finally. Isn’t it what attraction law books say?

Well. whatever we resist  too, we are attracted to it more. Why? Newton’s third Law of motion . Actions and reactions are equal and opposite . The more you push, the more that pushes .

So what are you doing – Resisting or attracting ?  Both ways you end up in the same thing coming to you.

Go Beyond the definitions of all and stay STILL. It should be easier than allowing or resisting .
